You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within a period of 14 days without notification. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the total goods in question. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must request a refund or exchange within 14 days of the arrival of your package by emailing us at info.uk@srisritattva.eu.

You can return unopened and unused items for a full refund of the product price. You must pay for shipping to an address that will be communicated to you via email. Make sure that your returned articles are complete and not damaged. Do not write, tape or in any way alter the product. We ask you to pack the items to be returned in a suitable package to prevent damage during transport.

We advise you to send the package by registered post and to keep the shipping receipt. Please use sufficient postage.

If you have received a damaged product and would like a refund or exchange, please contact us as soon as possible. Please inform the carrier of damage immediately and contact us by sending a picture and a short description to info.uk@srisritattva.eu. Please note that we will not accept returned items without prior consultation with us. Please do not use the product after you have contacted us regarding an exchange or refund.

In order to return products, contact us beforehand by email info.uk@srisritattva.eu. We will inform you of the return/exchange process via email. We are not responsible for lost packages.

You can cancel and return your order within 14 days. In case of damage or traces of use, we have the right to withhold a partial or full refund.
